Elvita Landmark Luxury Residence is a 5-star apartment in Binh Thanh, about 3.5 km from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that each have a fully equipped kitchen. The residence is in the Vinhomes Central Park complex, where you will find a lift, 24-hour security and a minimarket on site.

Every apartment is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen TV, soundproofing and a washing machine. Each layout has a living room with a sofa bed and a dining table, and the two- and three-bedroom units add separate bedrooms, so a family or small group can spread out.
